Tekpill.com (“Tekpill”, “Website”, “Site”) is owned and operated by Notion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“NBS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using Tekpill in any manner, including viewing content, clicking links, or using any tools, features, or services we make available (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. This is a legally binding agreement between you and NBS, so please read it carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access Tekpill. All users of the Site, including without limitation visitors, readers, subscribers, advertisers, merchants, and content contributors, are subject to these Terms.

By using Tekpill, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. If you do not meet this eligibility requirement, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delete or restrict access to any account or user content if we believe that you are under the required age or have otherwise violated these Terms. If Tekpill in future offers user accounts or profiles, you may be required to create a login with an email address and password, or link a third-party account (such as Google or other platforms). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You must not impersonate any person or entity, provide an email address other than your own, create multiple accounts to abuse the Site, or misrepresent your identity in any way. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, revoke a username, remove content submitted by you, or block your access to the Site without liability to you.

Tekpill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site and its content in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of Tekpill or its content; any collection or use of our articles, data, reviews, or user-generated content for commercial purposes; any derivative use of the Site or its content; or any use of data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you agree not to store, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or content for commercial purposes. You may display and occasionally print a single copy of pages from Tekpill for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. You may not use our name, logo, “Tekpill”, “Notion Business Solutions”, or any confusingly similar mark, misspelling, or variation (including in metatags or hidden text) without our prior written consent. Any violation of the foregoing automatically terminates the permission and license granted to you.

Tekpill may allow you, now or in future, to submit, post, or display content such as text, comments, reviews, images, or other materials (“User-Generated Content”). You understand that Tekpill does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to User-Generated Content. You agree that any User-Generated Content you submit will not be illegal, indecent, defamatory, invasive of privacy, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise injurious to third parties; will not include sexually explicit material, pornography, or content that promotes violence, bigotry, or illegal activities; and will not contain viruses, malware, spam, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of unsolicited communication. You may not use a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, mislead others as to the origin of your content, or submit content that infringes on any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights, or that violates any law or the rights of any person. You are solely responsible for, and assume all risks associated with, your UserGenerated Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness by others, and any personal information you choose to disclose. By posting any User-Generated Content on Tekpill, you represent and warrant that you own or have the required licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use such content as described in these Terms. You grant to NBS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, create derivative works from, and display your User-Generated Content in connection with the operation, marketing, and improvement of Tekpill and our business, in any media now known or hereafter developed. You also grant each user of Tekpill a non-exclusive license to access and view your User-Generated Content through the Site and to use it as permitted by the functionality of the Site and these Terms. These licenses continue for a commercially reasonable period after you remove or delete your content or account, and may remain perpetual and irrevocable with respect to content that has been shared with others or integrated into our databases (for example, comments that form part of a discussion thread). We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove User-Generated Content that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, and we disclaim any responsibility for any User-Generated Content or opinions expressed by users.

From time to time, Tekpill may offer paid services or subscription-based features (for example, premium content, tools, or ad-limited experiences). Any such paid offerings, if introduced, will be governed by these Terms and any additional terms that may be presented at the time of purchase. You agree that payments for such services may be processed through secure third-party payment processors, and you authorize NBS and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for recurring or one-time fees as applicable. Tekpill itself does not directly store your full payment card details; these are handled by the payment processor in accordance with industry-standard security practices. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up-to-date and for managing cancellations or changes through your account or by contacting us as specified in the relevant service terms. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to paid features

Tekpill displays third-party advertisements, including but not limited to Google AdSense ads, and participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. This means we may earn a small commission if you click on certain links or make purchases through them, at no additional cost to you. Advertisements and affiliate links may appear adjacent to or within our content or near User-Generated Content, and you acknowledge that we have the right to display such advertising without any obligation to compensate you. We do not control the content of third-party ads or the products and services advertised, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interactions with advertisers or external merchants. You must not attempt to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks, use automated means to interact with ads, encourage others to click on ads, or otherwise engage in any behavior that constitutes invalid traffic or violates Google’s or any partner’s policies. Any dealings you have with advertisers or third parties found through Tekpill, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and that third party.

The information and content on Tekpill are provided for general informational and educational purposes only, particularly in relation to technology, devices, apps, software, and related topics. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is current and accurate, we do not warrant that any content on the Site is complete, reliable, error-free, or up to date. All rights, title, and interest in and to Tekpill, including all site design, layout, visual interfaces, graphics, code, software, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, compilations, and other content created by or for NBS (collectively, the “Tekpill Content”), are owned by NBS or its licensors and are protected by copyright,trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for your limited personal license to access and use the Site as expressly provided above, no rights are granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any Tekpill Content in whole or in part without our prior written permission. If you believe that any content on Tekpill infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with a detailed notice specifying the infringing material, the rights you claim to own, and your contact information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBS, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, any content obtained through the Site, any User-Generated Content, any third-party conduct or content, or any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Notion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Tekpill, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site. This obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the laws in force in the State of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Tekpill shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NBS regarding your use of Tekpill and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
