Since Oppo debuted the Reno11 series of smartphones in November of last year, we anticipate seeing their replacements before the start of H2 2024. Oppo has not yet released information about the Reno12 lineup, but Weibo tipster Smart Pikachu (whose name is translated from Chinese) suggested camera upgrades.

The Oppo Reno12 series, according to the tipster, will have a newly modified Sony sensor, improving the mid-range image quality of the lineup. Three smartphones—the Reno11, Reno11 Pro, and Reno11 F—are part of the Reno11 series. It's unclear how many phones the Reno12 lineup will include and what resolution the main cameras will have because the F model has a 64MP camera and the vanilla and Pro models have 50MP cameras.

It's also important to note that the global vanilla and Pro models are powered by the Dimensity 7050 and Dimensity 8200 chips, respectively, while the Chinese Reno11 and Reno11 Pro are powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Dimensity 8200 chips, respectively. The Dimensity 7050 SoC powers the Reno11 F as well.
